This Refund Policy explains how purchased Video Audit credits work.

All credit purchases are final
Purchased Video Audit credits are non-refundable. Once you buy credits, you do not get your money back, including unused credits.
Credits do not expire, so you can use purchased credits later when you are ready to audit a video.
Failed processing
If an audit fails because our processing system cannot complete the audit, the reserved credit is returned automatically to your account.
A returned credit is not a cash refund. It restores the credit so you can try another eligible video.
User upload issues
If a video is too long, unsupported, corrupt, missing required context, or cannot be uploaded by your device or connection, the audit may not be accepted. In those cases, a credit should not be consumed.
If you believe a credit was consumed incorrectly, contact support@scrolltosale.com and include the email on your account plus the audit date.
No guarantee of outcome
Audit credits buy access to a creative feedback tool. They do not guarantee better views, higher sales, commissions, approvals, or platform performance.
