For audit issues, include the product name, audit date, and what happened.
For credit or payment issues, include your account email and the approximate purchase time. Do not email card numbers or sensitive payment details.
Purchased audit credits are non-refundable and do not expire. If our system fails to complete an accepted audit, the credit is returned to your account automatically.
